PROBATE

The term probate is sometimes confusing to non-lawyers.  At the time of passing, we open the probate case with the court and work with the Personal Representative to carry out the Decedent's wishes.  Most of the time this is a smooth and cost efficient process.  Probate is often EASY in Texas.  Sometimes there are will contests and/or claims by creditors that make the probate process difficult.  We can handle those cases with vigor and experience. We are prepared to handle the more difficult probates and go to trial if necessary.
